Founder

I want to stay strong for the life God has given me.

I’m Connie. HolyFit45 didn’t start as a business idea. It started with me noticing that my own body was changing, that what used to work for me didn’t anymore, and that I still had a lot of living and serving I wanted to do.

I’ve spent years in fitness, including working as a personal trainer. I know how to build a program. What took me longer to learn is that fitness at this stage of life is supposed to serve your life — not take it over. I don’t need a plan that assumes I have two free hours and no responsibilities. I need one that fits a real week.

So that’s what HolyFit45 is. Practical strength and health for women 45 and older, with faith right in the middle of it, built by someone who is walking the same road you are.

We don’t have to make fitness our whole life. We do need to care for ourselves.

Why HolyFit45 exists

We are not trying to be younger.

Most of what’s sold to women our age is about reversing something — turn back the clock, get your old body back, fight aging. I’m not interested in that, and I don’t think it’s honest.

What I am interested in is strength, health, faith, energy and purpose: the things that let us keep saying yes. Yes to our families. Yes to the trip. Yes to standing for a shift at church. Yes to whatever God still has for us. Aging isn’t the enemy. Losing the ability to do the things we love is.

So we lift, we walk, we eat enough protein, we sleep, we pray, and we keep showing up. Not to look a certain way, but to stay capable and available for the years God gives us.

What we build together

The four pillars

Everything in HolyFit45 fits under one of these four. They belong together, because a whole life does.

  • Age Well

Strength, mobility and balance. Protein and everyday nutrition. Energy, sleep and recovery. The practical things that keep you capable.

  • Grow in Faith

Scripture, prayer, devotionals and gratitude — faith lived out on ordinary weekdays, not saved for Sunday.

  • Live Fully

Family, friendships, hobbies, travel, trying new things. Life doesn't have to get smaller just because we're getting older.

  • Do Good

Serving, volunteering, giving and encouraging — using the strength we have to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

HolyFit45 Gives

Getting stronger is good. Using that strength for someone else is better.

At least 10% of HolyFit45 membership dues is designated for charitable giving. That’s a commitment built into how this community is set up, not something added on later.

We’re early, so I want to be plain about where things stand: this is our commitment going forward. As the community grows, the plan is to share where the money goes, and to open up ways for members to take part — service challenges, local volunteering, donation drives, encouragement projects, and helping choose the causes we support.

Caring for our bodies was never meant to be the end of the story. It’s what makes us useful to the people around us.

Who HolyFit45 is for

HolyFit45 is for Christian women 45 and older who want health that fits a real life.

  • You want to stay strong and protect your health as you get older.
  • You'd rather have something simple and realistic than another complicated plan.
  • You want your faith and your health to belong in the same place.
  • You're coming back after time away and want a sensible way back in.
  • You want what you're building to be useful to someone besides yourself.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity.”
Proverbs 31:25

You can do this alone. It’s just harder.

Inside HolyFit45 you get a plan that’s already built for women our age, Christian encouragement that shows up on ordinary days, resources in one place instead of scattered across the internet, and a community whose dues help do some good in the world. That’s the whole reason to join.
