Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2, 2026. This page explains, in plain English, what HolyFit45 collects and how we care for it.

Our simple promise

HolyFit45 is a small faith-integrated wellness membership. We only collect what we need to run your account and your journey. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

What we collect

  • Account and profile information. Your email address, first name or display name, time zone, membership level and account status.
  • Free guide signups. If you request a free guide, we store the first name and email you enter, along with basic campaign details (such as where the link came from) so we know which invitations are helping.
  • Your activity and progress. Workouts, devotionals, walks, challenge days, habits, hydration and any wins or measurements you choose to record.
  • Private reflections. Prayer journal entries, prayer requests, daily check-ins, gratitude notes and reflections.
  • Messages you send us. The name, email, subject and message you submit through the Contact page.
  • Basic technical information. Standard sign-in and security data, plus routine logs your browser and our hosting provider generate when pages load.

Your private member content

Prayer journal entries, prayer requests, daily check-ins, reflections and body measurements are private member data. They are stored so that only your own signed-in account can read them, and access rules are enforced in our database — not only in the app screens. We do not publish them, share them with other members, or use them for marketing.

A small number of trusted HolyFit45 administrators can access account records and support messages when it is genuinely needed to operate the service or help you with a request.

How we use your information

  • To create and maintain your account and membership level.
  • To show the right content and remember your progress and daily rhythm.
  • To send the guides, emails or updates you asked for.
  • To answer the messages you send us.
  • To keep the service secure, working and improving.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to run HolyFit45 — including website hosting, a managed database, and authentication (sign-in) services. They process information on our behalf so the site can function. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not allow providers to use your information for their own marketing.

Paid membership payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the information needed to take payment (such as your name, email address and card details) and handles it under its own privacy policy. HolyFit45 never sees or stores your full card details. Charges may appear on your statement as HOLYFIT45.

Cookies and similar technology

We use the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep your information while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for security, record-keeping and legitimate business needs. You can ask us to correct or delete your account information at any time and we will act on it within a reasonable time, unless we are required to keep certain records.

Children

HolyFit45 is intended for adults. It is not designed for, or directed to, children.

A note on wellness

HolyFit45 offers general wellness, movement and faith encouragement. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from your doctor or another qualified health professional. Any health information you record here is yours to keep — we do not use it to diagnose or treat anything.

Changes to this policy

As HolyFit45 grows, this policy may be updated. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date at the top of this page.
