- There is no free trial. Instead, the free HolyFit45 Starter level lets you begin at no cost with starter workouts, devotionals, walking and daily habits for as long as you like.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. You can cancel from your Account page at any time. When you cancel, your membership access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
- How much does the membership cost?
- The HolyFit45 Membership is $29 per month, or $290 per year. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- Do I need equipment or a gym?
- No gym is required. Sessions are gentle, joint-friendly and designed to be done at home in around ten minutes, with modifications offered throughout.
- What is HolyFit45 Plus?
- Plus is a future membership layer. It is not available to purchase yet, and we will share more when it is ready.
