By visiting HolyFit45 or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

HolyFit45 is designed for adults, and especially for women 45+. You need to be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live in order to create an account.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for anything that happens under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. Accounts are for one person and should not be shared.

HolyFit45 offers educational fitness, movement, nutrition-habit and faith content. It is general encouragement — it is not medical, physiotherapy, mental-health or nutritional advice, and no doctor–patient or clinical relationship is created by using it.

Please talk with your doctor or another qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise or wellness routine, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a health condition.

You know your body best. You choose which sessions to do and how far to go, and you take personal responsibility for participating safely. Please move gently, use modifications where they help, stop if something hurts or feels wrong, and seek medical help if you need it.

HolyFit45 has a free Starter level and a paid HolyFit45 Membership. Some content is available only at certain levels, and what is included may change as the library grows. HolyFit45 Plus is not available to purchase yet.

The HolyFit45 Membership is $29 per month or $290 per year. There is no free trial — the free Starter level is the way to try HolyFit45 at no cost. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live, so the total you are charged can be higher than the listed price. Payments are handled by Stripe, and the exact amount is always shown to you before you confirm.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, your paid access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and your membership simply does not renew after that — you are not billed again.

Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where we choose to offer one. If something has gone wrong with a charge, please contact us and we will look at it fairly. Prices may change in the future; any change will apply to billing periods that start after we tell you about it.

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share member content, or share your account access.
• Do not attempt to break, probe or bypass the security or access rules of the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or abusive content, or misuse our Contact form.

The HolyFit45 name, brand, written routines, devotionals, guides, images and site content belong to HolyFit45 or its licensors. You get a personal, limited, revocable right to use them as a member. Anything you write yourself — your journal entries, reflections and notes — remains yours.

We aim to keep HolyFit45 running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, pause or remove features and content as the service develops.

You can stop using HolyFit45 and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or where we need to for legal or security reasons.

HolyFit45 is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any particular health, fitness, weight or spiritual outcome — results depend on many things outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, HolyFit45 is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here is intended to limit any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
