Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Dip

A quick protein-forward dip for apples, bananas or berries.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Apple or banana slices, berries or whole-grain crackers for dipping

How to make it

  1. 1Stir the Greek yogurt and peanut butter together until smooth.
  2. 2Add cinnamon and a little honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
  3. 3Spoon into a small bowl and serve with fruit or crackers.

How to serve it: This also works as a simple dessert after dinner.

Swaps: Use almond or sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter. Vanilla Greek yogurt can replace plain yogurt; skip the added sweetener if you use it.

Leftovers: Keeps covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
