Protein Overnight Oats
A make-ahead breakfast with oats, Greek yogurt and chia that is ready when you are.

Ingredients
- • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- • 1/2 cup milk
- • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- • 1/2 cup berries
- • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional
- • Pinch of cinnamon

How to make it
- 1Stir the oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds and cinnamon together in a jar or bowl.
- 2Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
- 3In the morning, stir again and add the berries.
- 4Add a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
Good to know
How to serve it: Add a spoonful of chopped nuts if you want extra crunch.
Swaps: Use cottage cheese blended smooth instead of yogurt, or use any milk you keep on hand. Peaches or chopped apple work well instead of berries.
Leftovers: Keeps covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
